How do I reset my password?

From the MyWay portal select “Forgotten your password?”

1. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for your MyWay membership.
2. Check your email for a 4-digit verification that will have automatically been sent.
3. Enter the 4-digit code into the verification box and click continue.
4. Enter your new password into the New Password field.
5. Re-enter your new password into the Re-Enter Password field.
6. Click continue and you will then see Reset Password Successful confirmation message.
